Welcome.

This Chaplaincy is an outpost of the Episcopal Church.  We gather for Eucharist on Sunday nights, compline (night prayer) on Wednesday nights, and for fellowship and formation in between.

In church we follow the liturgical pattern of the Book of Common Prayer.  We gather to make an offering to God. We celebrate the Eucharist by reading scripture and sharing communion.  We believe the Eucharist is a sacrament; an outward and visible sign of an inward and spiritual grace.  We believe it is bigger than any one of us and connects us across to the church gathered across space and time.  We believe these things are open to any who wish. You are welcome to come and join, whether this is something you are familiar with or not.

We meet other times too, as a small community, and in conversation with me, the Chaplain.  This is a place where we trust in God through the church, and at the same time, exercise our Anglican charism of grappling with issues in the text and tradition.  We would love to add your questions and intuitions to the conversation! Please come, or send me an email.  See you in church or in the square,

The Reverend Rita Powell
